Fayedental.co.uk offers free shipping service worldwide for all shipments. We will choose air post, DHL, EMS or Fedex according to the order’s value and product’s weight.

2. Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
Fayedental offers reliable free shipping. All small parcels will be delivered under the mark of gift, with no dental words. As per our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs of destination country. Customers are responsible to pay for the taxes if import taxes are charged.

Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you'd better know your import policy before your purchase happens.

3.If the goods has some problem within warranty. Fayedental has the responsibility to do the maintain. First the buyer should help Fayedntal find out the problem. Fayedental offer the solution to the buyer. If the goods needed to exchange spare parts,Fayedental must send the replacement to the buyer. Buyer should cooperate to do the maintain.If the goods need some help from a local specialized person, Faydental pays all the cost.
4.Once the buyer buy goods on fayedentals.com as he agrees with above terms.

Can I get full refund for returned package?
1. For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1-2 business days if the package in it's original packing.

Can I get full refund for cancellation orders?
1. Fayedental accept order cancellation under condition that the package do not shipped out yet.
2. Fayedental will refund you within 48hours after order cancellation.
3. If the product is OK, but you just do not like the type or the color, and want to cancel the order, for this case, here you should pay the shipping freight and customer service fees.
